I will tell you about Tamagoyaki.  Many house has various recipe one is sweet another is taste of soy sauce.  There is a taste of the tradition of the family.  In other wide, my family have individual recipe.  My mother was learned from my grandmother that name is “soy milk Tamagoyaki” that is very simple name.  How to make is first you broken an egg and put a bowl you put the green onion that onion should mince and most important material “soy milk” you put that full of tablespoon and finally you put the soy source also full of tablespoon.  Then how to make is same to another “Tamagoyaki”.  You put the material into hot frying pan and you should wind at beautiful.  Finally you serve on dish.
